International Orders, Duties & Taxes (DDP)
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, we ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means that all applicable customs duties and import taxes are already included in the total you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Important note for returns and exchanges: In the event of a return or exchange of an order shipped outside the European Union, the amount of customs duties and import taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from the refund or exchange value, as these charges are non-recoverable once the goods have entered the destination country.
